The official list is eight names: Dash, Pounce, Hiss, Anchor, Stomp, Catnip, Fluff Up, and Hairball. Q uses the one you have equipped. Buy and equip from Inventory, then Abilities. The description does not print prices, cooldowns, radii, or damage.
Dash is already equipped on new accounts in the October gameplay recordings. The corner button in those frames is labeled Dash while it is selected.
Prices read from one inventory frame
These figures were read off a 17 October 2026 video, not copied from a patch note. The word "about" is intentional. Open the Abilities tab and read the button you are about to buy.
| Ability | Frame price | Reported job, not an official stat |
|---|---|---|
| Dash | Already owned | A short move in one direction. Used in that guide to step back from the edge. |
| Pounce | About 750 Coins | A leap that knocks a target back. |
| Hiss | About 750 Coins | A disruption aimed at cats near you. |
| Anchor | About 2,000 Coins | A short window where you are harder to push. No duration is published. |
| Stomp | About 2,000 Coins | An area hit that knocks cats around you. No radius is published. |
| Catnip | About 5,000 Coins | A short boost to your own actions. Which stats move is not published. |
| Fluff Up | About 5,000 Coins | You puff up and knockback has less effect. No size is published. |
| Hairball | About 12,000 Coins | You spit a hairball. That guide says a cat who steps on it can slip, including off the ring. |
If a live price differs, the live price wins. Effect sentences come from play descriptions and that narration. They are not developer tooltips.
What to buy first
Stay on Dash while throws still fail at the edge. A first experiment at the about-750 reading is Pounce if you want a gap closer, or Hiss if cats are standing on you. Anchor, at about 2,000, is the direct answer to being the cat who gets carried. Fluff Up is the larger version of that idea at a higher reading. Stomp is the button for a pile, especially in team modes. Catnip is a buff whose numbers were never published, so it is a worse default than Fluff Up at a similar frame price.
Hairball is the ability that guide tells you to save for, because the slip can remove a cat you are not holding. The five codes that were redeemable on screen by 15 October add up to 1,150 reported coins, which does not cover an about-12,000 price. Redeem them anyway, then earn the rest from bouts.
Ray Gun is outside the eight
The same inventory frame shows a Mythic ability named Ray Gun, with the line "Charge up and blast the nearest cat." The narration says it comes from a Robux bundle, not the coin row. It is not in the official eight. VIP at 199 Robux and Double Coins at 349 Robux were the two passes on store cards read on 12 and 18 October 2026. Those cards were not identified as the Ray Gun bundle. No charge time or range was published.
One other guide site prints Nine Lives, Shark Attack, and Wind Shurikens with exact cooldowns. Those names are not in the official description, and they were not on the inventory frame that shows Ray Gun. They are left out of this catalog until a developer list or a matching in-game button confirms them. Full rows are on the abilities wiki. The tier list is an editorial reading of these jobs for staying on the ring, not a measured ranking.
